Blooming Opportunities For Volunteering

Blisters for
Sisters™ is
signing up new volunteer runners every day through March 22.
Choose your race, run for a cause, train with a former
Olympic coach trials marathoner and raise funds for our
patients. Registration is $100 ($40 for students). You can
also become race volunteer or donate to a runner or the
entire team.
Attend a
“Friendly
Visitor”
training and learn how to
brighten the day of an elderly or homebound patient. (See
more info below.)
Volunteer
Registered Nurses
needed to staff one of
our weekly
Wellness Clinics
for seniors in metro Denver.
Volunteer Intern positions are available for
students in a number of areas including data collection &
reporting, website design and update, marketing, grant
writing and special projects by design.
Sister’s Tea Party
volunteers needed to assist with tea preparation and service
for donors and friends of the agency throughout the year.
Host a House Party
to introduce new people to the agency and encourage
donations for our vital work.
Join our Church and
Business Outreach lead volunteer to write, call
and encourage community partnerships.
Volunteer at the agency on a regular basis
to do whatever you like the most –
filing, mowing, plumbing, painting, fixing, organizing…we
always have something that needs to be done and we’d love to
have your help!
Dominican Sisters
Home Health Agency’s Volunteer Program is open to individuals who
are looking for a way to give their time for a worthy and fulfilling
cause. Groups, community organizations and corporations looking for
rewarding opportunities to serve the community in which they live,
nursing students who need intern hours, high school students
exploring different career paths, those who need to complete
community service hours (agency only), and anyone looking for a
great volunteer experience.
(We currently do
not have volunteer opportunities available for individuals who have
not yet completed 8th grade unless they are accompanied by an
adult).

Garden/grounds work at the agency
